GapppProperties (owned and managed by Pat and Gail) specialise in Holiday rentals, long-term rentals and sales in the Arroyo de la Miel and Benalmadena area.

They are well known and trusted in the local community, due to the fact they are always prepared to go the extra mile for their clients. Together they have built up a solid client base over the many years that they have been in this business, gaining numerous friends in the process.

Any requests for short or long term rentals will be dealt with immediately and English Spanish and French are spoken fluently.

GAIL

Gail arrived in Spain in 1976 and has a vast knowledge of long term rentals and sales. Now speaking fluent Spanish, her personality and experience mean that, rental clients obtain a personal and professional service, which is quite uncommon in this type of industry, quite a breath of fresh air for existing and future clientele.

PAT

Pat has lived and worked in Spain for a number of years, specialising in holiday rentals in Benalmadena. Her knowledge and experience of that specific area enables her to provide the best possible service for people coming on holiday to this part of Spain. The company have very special offers in the Jupiter and Minerva buildings, very popular for the beautiful gardens and enormous swimming pools with slides.

Paul and Amanda Leigh are the owners of Sunshine Services, a highly respected cleaning and management company who work very closely with Gapp Properties.
