Let me introduce myself.

Hello, my name is Michelle Maria and I am English. I was born in Manchester.

I moved to Spain when I was twenty, so I have now lived half my life in Spain. I have been involved in the property business for most of that. I got married to a Spanish man here, bought some land, built a house, painted it, furnished it, extended it and had three children in between! I will tell you everything I know following my own personal experience.

In October 2006, I decided to make an informative website of independent, unbiased information for the English speaking community about property in Spain. I wanted to provide information before, during and after the sale of property.
